Ok ps3 is kaputs for now so i am playing this.
It's bizarre fast fun oddly profane seemingly for the sake of profanity. Probably analogous to the devil may cry games but I have never played them so not really sure. It's button mashing that feels like you are pulling off complicated bizarre special moves like a pro.

you can only play this for short bursts. its serriously a button masher but its so silly and over top and just fun. your button hand will hurt if you play this to much. ha.
