almost every gamer i run into these days looks at me like i am a weirdo because I have a PS3 instead of a 360. I'm like who cares I'd rather have a system that works rather than have one that has a high chance of dieing on me. I think so many gamers just go for the current fashion when it comes to consoles.

This is funny to me because everyones xbox breaks, yet mine has never broken, and my ps3 has broken twice! It sucks because I really want to play my ps3 and I cant, I had to get prototype on my xbox instead.

So ya, my ps3 broke for the third time but now it lost my online account and I forgot most of the info to recover it :S

My PS3 has had one malfunction which was the blu ray player. We could still play ps1, ps2, and ps3 games. So we sent it in for repair so we can watch movies. That is all that I've had happen to my ps3.

There is like a new dead XBOX every week among my friends. It also scratches up their disks really bad. That is why I will never ever buy an xbox.

ive had a ps3 since launch...and for the 1st tyme in 3 years it gave me the ylod...my xbox which ive had since 2005...red ringed me lik 5 tymes...then i got an elite last year...and that bitch red ringed me 3 tymes...so in 4 years ive had 8 red rings...and in 3 years ive only had 1 yellow light...go sony!!!!!

Mine was also an original model. It seems the new models of the ps3 seem to have much more failing issues though.
