Okay I'll do a quick review and i'll get some vids and a more indepth review later.
The Sims 3:
Pro's: Seamless neighborhood.
This means no more just sitting in one house controllong one sim or one family. Your town doesn't freeze if you aren't out there. You can go anywhere anytime. There are a handful of parks and pools you can visit, as well as throw parties at, remote fishing spots at scenic locations, and you can go to a stadium, theatre, supermarket, spa, city hall, gym and other realistic locations, But a bit of a bummer is you can't control your sims while they are at their job which can be at the theatre, Police station, city hall, hospital, supermarket, and pretty much all the buildings except other sims houses and the gym.
Improved graphics

Fun to run around and interact with other sims without going through unbearable loading times. I like to play guitar in public
Cons: You can't make your OWN neighborhood
You can add buildings but only to the one town with the game, and the one you can download off of EA's site.
yeah. There moods/motives are more realistic now. They don't have to pee every 5 minutes.
