Well its a thought TB but they'd die a long time before they'd get their as even the closest star system is thousands of light years away.
I wonder if we could build an arc type space vessel and send it to other star system to colonize them.

ha yeah i might conquer new planets with dust and disease. Yeah i was being silly and undestand the limits of our current space program.

If only we had a vehicle capable of warp speed.
