Black Friday

So yeah, totally took advantage of the sales going on. Picked up the "doorbuster" deal from circuit city a day early (thanksgiving day) and online. 32 inch Toshiba HDTV for $449 with free shipping. Newegg had the same tv for 120 dollars more and the geeks seemed to like it. Also got a new laptop for school on bestbuy's website. It's a brand new hp 14.1 inch screen/ 4gb ram/ integrated nvidia card: online only special (again, got it on thanksgiving day). $499 for the laptop and the deal included Office 2007 for only 60 bucks. Also grabbed an HDMI cable from amazon with great reviews for only $1.30 and $3 for shipping. I don't understand why people would line up for these deals when its available online, the day before, at no extra price. Gotta love the internet!
What about you guys? Pick up anything in the past few days?
If so, did you do online shopping or face the crowds?

i bought my little brother a hard drive for his 360...and a sound system so he can play his gears very loudly lol...and i got me a pair of boxing gloves...so next time he causes the deaths of one of our pets i can beat him senseless with minimal bruises :)

I need a new drive for my PS3...my mom got a 1 Terabyte drive for like $150. Best part, it's got an eSata port, which you can plug into the PS3.

Right on man, I boycott black friday for two reasons. The main one would be because people become so incredibly greedy on that day, they trampled some walmart employee to death on friday and nobody cared, they just shopped around the guys body. Whats wrong with some people? Also the other reason would be because Canada's thanksgiving is in October so we don't have black friday.
