POST > Practice 420s GGL game that was 9-21-08

Quick notes from match below. but
every night this week. at 8 pm CST ( GMT-6) for about 1/2 hour to 40 minutes

NO practice this Friday the 19th Fun house Fish party :-)

I will have a RRB only Password: vs420
server up wiht the 3 zones we will be playing.
ok its not mandatory but it will help us if anyone on this list can make it to any of them. it may do us some. good.

First map you take the zone as you signed up. except for gem and me. so that covers the first map.
2nd and 3rd map are knock down drag outs. both will need 1/2 piolits and 1/2 ground pounders.

They have 11 but have not told me how many they will play yet so it could be potentially 11 v 11 :-)


My other thought is that one person with a mic should be the only person talking. that person will spend a lot of time checking on the map and rellaying info about which zone is being attacked and tell us where to go.

from the gun strat of the match we need to take numbrs and all attack a differnt zone and begin to capture it. then we will defend and attcak and corner the opponent back into thier base.
we dont have to sit on them like chickens and rape then in thier base but i would advise manning the base heavily next to thiers if we succeded and chase them vigoursly when they go for other bases.

every once and awhile one of our guys who should be assigned to attakc their home base by sneaking in and sitting with knife or wrench in hand on thier flag so it makes it hard for them to win zones.

yeah cause it was nice having you tell when someone was coming in last nites game, made it alot easier to find and kill them.

WEll we are all of us good polished players but without a strategy and planing and order and directions we will not win.


OK it sucks but maybe practice can be fun. I accept to compete we will have to do this now. ugh.

Yeah having eyes on the map allows the players to focus on kills and attakcs.

hey i could not see the map from where i was only the flag going back and forth becase i was hovering over our base.
so think how much help a person checking the map frequently alterting us to enemy movements could help

Yes we do markola. we dont have to be rigid but having a game plan will help us.

we dont need to do this forever and ever but a couple of times in each mode will get all players familar with tactics and responsability.

I would be happy to be the base pest that just keeps goin back to there base every single time i die and causing havic there with my knife! That sounds like a good idea and if nobody has takin that spot yet i will do it.... cuz i do that alot anyway. Just remember my scores wont show alot of team points like it normally would cuz i loves gettin me some zonage!! If someone thinks i should do somthing else speak up!

one other thing has to be vehicle assignment too. with only a limited number of planes to begin with we need to double up in each and the zone babies can be droped and the others can fly to other zones. we need tank gunners and jeeps are everyhwere so i am not really worried about them.

I love doing that at island outpost cause you can take down there base then run to the back left bldg and hide, watch the map and when they fly off go take it down again

yes there needs to be a general outline and perhaps you are 100% right but that is going deeper then i really wnated this moment. at some future point yes the question should be ok we have taken more then have the zones what shoud you do now ?

I was thinking the pesron watching the map ( must have mic ) would aslo serve as the live second line of directions for the now completed warriors.

at this point it will all be attack and defend duty sooo we need to respond when we get a critical instruction as best and fast as we can

yeah cause it was nice when I was sittin in the building at eucadia with a tank gaurding the flag, and you said a tank was coming across the bridge, that little warning let me get in the first shot on that tank, otherwise he prolly would have taken me

no way i was messin with ya...there is not enough vehicles for everyone, so if i took a plane and gem i could haul ass somewhere and drop him off then head to another base myself,, that way he could get a vehicle too by taking a base

Yes thats what i mean if we only have two or three planes to start wiht thats 6 peolpe potentally moving for a zone. and if they are each going for a unniqe nmber and say one person watches the enemy and 2 or 3 people harras the enemy at the base they are going for this might come together for us.

I dont really want to scare you but 420s was in the knife torunament so theve been around the blcok once or twice

yeah some one has to take someone else somewhere...i hat it when evryone grabs a vehicle and hauls ass leaving everyone behind, by the time you find a vehicle the enemy has you out gunned

i can't join in every night this week cuz i got some stuff to do and for me it would be 10:00 which is a little late for ps3 during school days but i'll try and hop in as much as i can, it will probably be thursday and friday but i'll try every day.
