Overall from what I've seen InFAMOUS looks to be better between it and Prototype. Not saying p type is bad, but it seems to lack polish and seems like the same game we've played before.

And to hippo: I think prototype is just a very gory copycat of infamous. Laaame. lol I'd pick infamous over prototype any day.
