POST Tuesday 9/23/08 Dogfight Practice session

Ok guys, here's a practice date I am gonna host. It will be this Tuesday 9/23/08 at 8pm CST. If that time is difficult for some, let me know and maybe we can adjust it. We are only gonna focus on pilot skills for this practice that day. The reason being is we are always being raped from the air, and I want to change that. Air power is key. So as I described in step 1 of the practice guidelines, we are going to find our role players. This Tuesday night we are gonna find out who our pilots are. Finding our pilots should be our first priority. So if any of you want to be a pilot, show up. I will probably host 4 rounds. The first one will be all out Deathmatch Dogfighting, to see who's got skills. The second match will be more relaxed, where skilled pilots can take the time to show others what they know. Such as sharing tips and such. The next few matches will either be Death match again, and another match where it will be Team Deathmatch, but with Warhawks only. If you guys also have any ideas for this practice, please share. This session is just to see who our pilots are. Another practice session will come up where we find other roles like snipers, jeep drivers, etc etc.

count me in but i can tell you the answer now. I do not dominate in the air. i can function if its balanced or the distribution of planes is in our favor but i cannot bring back dominence from a deficit in the air.

its a neat trick you have to get a real anxious turret missle player and you can make them blow themselves up.

Oh and I have some homework for you guys between now and the Pilot practice session Tuesday night. First for those who want to be assigned pilots, I want you guys to really take advantage of the flight simulator that Warhawk provides. The flight simulator with all the probes shooting missiles at you really helps your dodging skills. Practice with that as much as you can. I use Pro Flight when I am in the air, I recommend Pro Flight, but if you feel you are better with Normal Flight then stick with that. For those who want to dodge missiles using Pro Flight, I recommend watching this video to learn:

Study this stuff guys. Remember, this practice is for those who want to be the clan's assigned pilots. You are being picked to be pilots, so please remember that lol. Myself and other experienced pilots are more than willing to share tips on how to become better pilots for those willing to learn. It's all to better the clan.

And yes cloud is one of our top pilots, he gets better everytime we fight. If cloud wants to be, he can be on the pilot list.

i'd love to make it but i can't. i'll be in school lulzoronz. IDK if im that good a pilot or not. but i love ground combat, so i would prefer to be a base capturer/raper. team points man i guess. i don't think im bad in a aplane though. jsut average. funny considering when i bought this game i thought i would like the flight the most but i just love knifing peoplez

lol you're pretty good in a Warhawk TB, but you strike me as a ground combat kinda guy more. I'll leave it up to you, but if you want to come to the pilot practice then come on down lol. We can make a fun game of it!

And tekken, the ground combat practicing is coming up very soon if you want to fight on ground. I just want to get the pilot stuff out of the way so we can find some assigned pilots. Our team needs air cover in the clan battles.
