Haze Came Out Today

Haze cam out today and I know a fair amount of you were looking forward to it. I was just wondering if any of you got it right away so that you can tell me how good or bad it is. If any of you get it soon please notify me as im debating getting it or not.

I just rented it but I cant play it yet. I will post later tonight with my thoughts on it. Kind of contradicting how I made this topic for you to tell me about it when really, ill be doing the telling. Stay tuned folks.

Update #1 - I wasnt able to play for very long so I only played the first two or three levels. I think im in the middle of the third level but theirs no menu or cutscene between levels so far so its hard to tell. The very first level is identical to the demo in every way. I thought that it was an older demo released early but nope, its the exact same, graphics and everything. The second level shows off the driving in the game and you drive a dune buggy type of thing. It was alright but nothing was unique. The third level is another shooting level and its been alright so far. Everything seemed alright but it all seemed kind of old. The AI is retarded so far. I am having doubts about buying the game but tomorrow after work I will release my thoughts on the biggest deciding factor, multiplayer. I didn't have time to try it out today but I will play online tomorrow.

Update #2 - Ok so I didn't play co-op I played online. I looked up about co-op and its identical to the demo. Now the multiplayer. I can sum it up in ome word, disapointment. Its too bad, I was really looking forward to this game until now. The multiplayer isn't very fun and its pretty unbalanced. The biggest problem is the logging on issue. Tons of people who use wireless cannot connect to haze servers. Its a huge problem that Free Radical refuses to adress. I had to delete all my haze files and re download the update 3 times before I could get online. I was very lucky as most people who had that problem have no solution and are returning their game. Even if they got online they would be disapointed. I only lost all my single player progress and I don't even want to go back and play it. I know I am being harsh but this game is not worth a buy. It tried nothing new and is just a bland fps. If it was released 5 years ago it would be considered great but now its just a boring, repetitive fps that has been done a million times. I am glad I only rented it and I strongly suggest that all of you who were looking forward to it, give it a rent first. The people who don't have a 360 might enjoy this game but the 360 has always won fps wise. Ps3's don't have very many fps games so people with only ps3's tend to think its a good game. I have played many, many fps as I used to be addicted to them and that made me very picky. In the end my suggestion is, don't buy haze when theres games like warhawk, uncharted, gta4 or any other game on the ps3. Hell resistance completely obliterates this game online and offline and thats like 2 years old.

Ya I was sooo disapointed with it, if you haven't played many fps's then go for it but if you have you will see all its faults and it will ruin your experience.

Rent it first. Im sorry im so mad at the game but I was very dissapointed with it as I was really worked up about it.

Sorry about that. That seems to happen to a lot of games. Home will be like that. Everyone thinks it will be the Xbox Live killer, when it's just a little virtual world thing. Don't get me wrong, it (probably) won't suck, but it won't be doing any killing.

Gamespot or IGN i can't remember gave it a 4.5 so i am staying away from it.

I played the demo i give it a 6 we should set up a game review Topic with threads under them like titled Haze Review then make it a player review some guy did that in AoD. Then we can kinda be able to show rather to buy the game and if the sites were right (IGN GAMESPOT)

I hope he does then i will work on reviews i like big projects i held some ign idea ones and make it really big. I would rent games and right reviews. Only for the ones that people wanted reviews for. Plus here we have 1A = free game for a couple of nights so i could do that to get some games.
