i've been hearing talk that you can get different style blades and i was wondering how i could get one cuz i like to use my knife a lot and when i kill people it wanna do it in style.

AWWWW you are about a month or 2 late. There are about 8 of us getting new knifes at the end of the month. We got them by competing in a Warhawk tournement. There are some others who won the Warhawk tournement(not in our clan) who will be getting a diffrent knife then us. But we get new knife none the less. So maybe there will be another tournement soon and you can enter it with us and get an award!!

are tournaments the only way to get new knives? also do you only get knives if your team ends up in a certain spot or do you get a knife by just competing?

im pretty sure it was just by the tournament.
no, !st place gets the "champions" blade or something special and some other thing. everyone else including 2nd gets the same "ceremonial blade" just for participating

so far that was the only tournament I have seen with a prize for playing and a unique one for the wining clan.
They may do more but it was sort of a cross promotional thing between websites Incognito and SECA

You had to join this gaming trounament site ( free ) and then particapate in a VS battle against another team.

Lots of rules and pain in the rear but it was a nice promotion and it generated player excitement.

This may have been a one off type deal but sometimes when Incognito does a patch they sometimes include new wepons. like wiht the new upcoming patch 1.5 that we need desperately for the invites error. they are including a jet pack for all ground troups.

no it goes of like 10 trophies for ranks. Some for special kills like gettting a dropship with bino or shooting a guy in a jetpack with a sniper. Go to www.gamespot.com then type in warhawk go to it and go to hints and cheats it has all the trophies there.

anyone who could kill with the sniper riffle while flying through the air on what is esentialy a rocket ( in my mind at least ) scares the willies out of me.

man i wish i could snipe. i've killed only about 3 ppl with a sniper rifle and i'm pretty sure they had put their controllers down cuz they hadn't moved for like 5 mins. sniping and flying are the things i really wanna be able to do well.

i have to be sniping people sleeping. some times i get lucky and people stay in the turrets to long. :-) watch for those people who.

no, you were backed in behind the big crates at fortress and i went running back there like an idiot with just a knife, you had a sniper and tagged my ass, i was like, wtf? you were only like 5 feet away

I like the accidental oops nature of those shots. dont scare and sneak up on a team mate who is holding a gun.

yeah, it was the badlands map, a TDM at the center frotress

oh that was a crazy map i don't remember what happened. i kept killing and getting killed i didn't even know what was going on. i do remember that i killed 3 or 4 ppl in a row with my knife and wishing it were a ranked game. too bad it wasn't i would have gotten another badge/ribbon

ha that is a tight map and results in lots and lots of kills and deaths


dont sweat it it gets better ( not easier) more second nature as you go on

dont sweat the badges and ribbons they come along sometimes when you are not thinking about them.
