Me and my sis have been playing raving rabbids games their funny but not that hard so i beat them fast.

There are actually a decent number of solid games on Wii. More than you guys are giving it credit for.

super smash bros brawl---> play melee if you want to play the true super smash bros

super mario galaxy----> Super mario sunshine was better...and thats saying something

Punch Out---> its a rehash of all the old characters...if you remember your patterns from before...than your fine

Twilight Princess----> PFFTT....play it on the gamecube....nuff said

Mario Kart ---->...very ambitious project i cant lie, but it feels too repetitive

Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles---->..stay away...please

mario party 1000--->...i dnt even kno what number they're up to

animal crossing---> ITS NOT A SEQUEL!!!!!!!..omg....its a freakin remake disguised as a sequel...-_- FUCK U NINTENDO!!!!!

Zack and Wiki-----. GET THIS GAME!!!!!!!!....its an INSTANT CLASSIC!!!!!!!! i freakin loved this game

Super Paper Mario-----> Also an instant classic....just get it

No More Heroes---> my only gripe with this game is that you cant use the gamecube controller....ughhh

Brawl, sorry but you are wrong. Brawl is better than Melee in every way.
SMG was amazing, you are completely wrong about it.
You are so completely wrong on Punch-out it's not even funny. The patterns aren't really the same at all. The game is much harder than the original.
Twilight Princess- why play it on Gamecube when the aiming arrows and what not is better on Wii? Are games no good that are on other systems now?
RE:UC is a great rail shooter. If you aren't into rail shooters you won't like it. But it's a very well done rail shooter.

MKWii and AC I didn't care for nor Mario Party.

One game off the top of my head though is Wario Land: Shake it. The rest I'll mention once I have some time. Headed off to run now.

WOA!!!!!! brawl??? better than MELEE?? woa woa woa woa woa WOA WOA WOA WOA WOA!!!!!!! put on the breaks or something!!!!!! woaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....how is brawl better than melee...in "every way"....dude....brawl SUCKS....the characters...are garbage...rob???...rob???....i ask again...ROB????...the gameplay is horrible....unlike melee where picture perfect timing is mandatory...in brawl you can be off by 2 seconds on a combo and youll be fine...perfect example...marth's dolphin dance...in melee you needed split second timing to pull it off correctly and in brawl any1 can do it which sucks...the difficulty is amazinly low compared to melee...and getting back to the stage is amazingly easy...the online is the laggiest piece of crap i've ever seen and the game is so freaking geared to the casual public that true fanatics like me just hate the damn game for it...its annoying...theres no wave dashing, no L-cancellations none of the things that made the best of the best stand out...among the smash bros community...ok ur turn...rebuttle =]...btw...i disagree with u completely on punchouts difficulty...i beat the game in a day....it took me a year to beat the original....

Right, but did you beat Championship mode or Mac's last stand mode? Probably not. It's not just me that thinks Punch-Out Wii is harder, go check with posters on IGN. And either way it's only easier to beat in that you can practice. I've played plenty of the original and quite a bit of the Wii version as well. The original merely required reflexes. Punch-Out Wii boxers often pause on certain punches which means all those reflexes you had aren't always used, but you're probably so used to dodging that you do it immediately. Plus consider Great Tiger, in the first game he wasn't too bad, but the first time you fight him in this one he's a pain. Also consider that when you were playing the other, you had continue via password or starting over or doing a fight over and over again and consider that you were probably younger then.

Maybe I went a little far with in every way, but I still believe Brawl is the better game overall.

Brawl's online is laggy, and Melee's online was awesome? Oh wait, no online for melee. Therefore what does it matter if Brawl's online is laggy (when fighting certain people). Though often times I've had decent fights with people it just depends on their net connection. I've fought people from various places in the central to eastern US and been fine, fought others in the same area and had lag due to their connection. As for L-canceling etc. honestly that's where people start to sound like babies. People found exploits in the game, they weren't intentionally there. And so when they are gone people cry about it. If anything this makes the game a bit tougher in ways as you can't simply L-cancel or wavedash to make up for the balances a character has, you have to know the limitations the character has and deal with them instead of l-canceling constantly. Besides all I heard back then from people that constantly used L-canceling and wavedashing was that it wouldn't matter if they couldn't use the moves they would still be able to win without them. Despite what you try to say the game still requires skill.

What's the matter with ROB he came with the NES for a while after all. Besides him there are 34 other characters. Several clones from Melee are gone and the ones left have seen tweaking so that they play more differently than their clone than they did in Melee. Meaning you are getting more overall characters.

I'll admit some of the timing changes I didn't care for. And I don't really see how it's geared toward the casual overly much, I'll admit it does some butt not like you are saying it, but people who know the game can still whip anyone that doesn't have a clue. How can the difficulty overall be lower? The computer gets better as you raise the level in Brawl in Melee they simply gave the upper level cpu a lower handicap so it took more damage. But overall you still need pretty good timing to get things to work correctly.

I think the main difference is scale, I can't quite figure out what exactly they did but the scale of the in-game fighters and stages is entirely different than Melee. This is merely a toss up as to which you prefer. Getting back to the stage is only easy when you make it that way for someone. Finally consider you played Melee for years. You knew all the ins and outs. You found pretty much everything there was to know about the game. Due to this you also have a nostalgia factor with the game, this is coming into your comments some.

As for more great Wii games, Boom Blox 1 is pretty good and 2 is even better. Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World is a good one as well. SSX Blur is another good one. Rune Factory Frontier, CoD: WaW (though I like the PS3 version as well), Endless Ocean, RE4, Tiger Woods 09 and 10 all are all good games to consider off the top of my head. And Red Steel 2 is looking awesome.

Id have to agree with you vash i loved Brawl. The smash moves are fun and make fights more intense when they spawn. Theirs also so many modes you can play in and the sub space emissary mission was longer then i thought. I never finished the boss mode. Creating your own stages was ok. id like more options but it wasn't bad.
Over all had fun playing it and i think thats the idea.

beat both modes...sorry to burst your bubble.....too easy....as for brawl...i dont think its nostalgia factoring into the game...cause then i wuld bitch and moan that the original smash bros is the best out of all of em and im my opinion the original was just decent....and idk how good you are in melee in brawl but if your an elite player and can pretty much beat boss battles on insane mode...than you can understand my gripe with the game....and your right wavedashing and l-cancellation isn't needed but i loved showing off using them as for the characters....dude..rob sucks..just cause hes a classic nintendo character doesn't mean he deserves to be in the game ..i don't even like snake's inclusion or ike...my character was always roy so i tried dealing with marth but i moved on to sonic who is the closest thing to a character that needs a very good sense of timing as for scale...yea..the game has a HUGE scale...they added so much shyt and the levels were done incredibly...but..im the type of player who will never touch any other stage thats not final destination...its flat...perfect for one on ones and theres no stupidity going on that can knock you off the stage and i take off ALL weapons...i seriously hate fighting with weapons...if theres one thing the game did good in my opinion its the single player...the story mode was awesome but when it comes to multiplayer me and my smash bros fanatics prefer melee cause we feel its a lot harder than brawl itself in terms of fighting people the cpu doesn't matter simply because we dont face the cpu we just face each other and we do tournaments down in nintendo world...and when brawl came out we found ourselves winning tournaments rather than ending up losing in the semifinals like we always did in melee...and if you play both games one day..and have a battle with someone with my skills on melee...then play brawl..youll see you have a much better chance of beating that person in brawl than in melee...which is retarded...and thats why i hate the game with a burning passion

as for the rest of the games....i don't like tales of symphonia 2...it pales in comparison to the original....its jus a generic tales game unlike symphonia which was like an instant classic...i havent play ssx blur...and cod waw...i hate it...but im pretty sure the ps3/360 versions are 100x better than the wii version, endless ocean...thats not a game...thats jus an aquarium re4...has come out lik 3 or 4 tymes b4 it made it to the wii so if u havent played it by then...well...youve been lost...tiger woods runs better on other systems...well idk about 10 cause i haven't played it on the wii yet but i relly didn't like 09

I don't think single player is that hard either. I like SSB they put alot of great things in it. Maybe they made it easier and more accommodating to newer players. That makes it easyer to have friends that have never play it to jump right in and not get their butts kicked.
Super smash bros brawl is a great game that you happen to really hate.
Maybe you should make "Super Smash Bros Noodlez". That'd be awesome lol.

Did you like the final smash attacks noodlez. I thought they were pretty cool but some are overpowered others are really useless sometimes.

in my opinion the game sucks...and its a joke compared to melee...but thats my opinion like cross edge...critics evrywhere say the game sucks but i defend that game like if it was my own kid cause to me its the greatest rpg this generation of consoles has seen so far..its all a matter of opinion...im jus stating mine while you state urs...i never had this argument about brawl and melee before which is why i kept pushing it cause all my friends from the nintendo world tournaments and i agree that melee is better than brawl in terms of gameplay so if i ticked u off by tryna keep the argument goin..well....sorry lol...and gabe....the smash attacks are the stupidest things to ever happen....i can't lie some are kool like meta knights straight rip off akuma's raising demon...while others are freaking stupid...like fox, falco and wolf's tank attack -_-...seriously...i completely mastered sonics super sonic final smash but i hate doin it cause its a cheese..when i play smash bros i like the game to be TRULY balanced..meaning no weapons....super flat stage with no gimmiks...thats how you truly test your skills against players and thats y i love melee so much cause evrything is about picture perfect tyming where one mistake can cost you...unlike brawl where it takes 3 or 4 mistake to truly mess up

btw vash..pass up ur friend code...i bet u wont even be able to kill me once in brawl =]

Whenever I start the game up next I'll check my FC, but right now I'm gearing up for Conduit and getting through enough of it to review. Add working on getting my burnout lic for platinum in Burnout and other games I have going (BF 1943 this Thursday) and getting ready for grad school and I don't have much time to get back into Smash Bros at the moment.

wow vash, I give you credit for getting into this argument with noodlez, he seriously hates brawl, fun fact, he actualy broke our brawl disc within 5 days of owning the game he seriously hates that game with a passion, I have to agree that gameplay wise melee is definitely superior but in terms of everything else brawl takes the cake, but as for other games on the wii, nothing really impresses me besides metroid prime 3 everything else feels so gimmicky and retarded (zelda perfect example) but hey, the wii is not a true gaming system, its more like an experience for people who get pwnd 24/7 in games like call of duty 4 by trash talking assholes like me and my bro =]

You say that there's nothing that really impresses you on the wii then you mention a genre that is overhyped and becoming saturated? That doesn't really make sense.

the 1st person shooter genre is not "overhyped and saturated"...we live in america...the 1st person shooter genre is the best selling genre in this country...if you say that its saturated or w/e...then in japan youll say the jrpg genre is saturated...or in europe the racing genre is saturated...bsides...the 1st person shooter is a perfect genre to mention for impressive games...killzone 2...call of duty 4...left 4 dead....i culd even take it back too...goldeneye....perfect dark....halo 2...you cant deny the greatness of the 1st person shooter genre in america...it sells like hotcakes and gets critical acclaim...

But that's just it in Japan Jrpgs are saturated. Only the best do well and come over here.

FPS are saturated here, not saying it's horrible or something, but just the simple fact that there are so many of them. Add in the fact that people seem to buy the same game over and over again (COD, Halo) with different weapon skins and maps, and I can't get too hyped about most shooters. I'm much more interested in BFBC2 than I am COD4MW2, simply because the ability to fully destroy buildings is going to make things very interesting strategy wise (even more so beyond that everything is better about being destroyed) and of course the vehicles.

And I say overhyped to generally refer to Halo, but I think COD has gotten that way a bit as well at least with COD: W@W. Maybe MW2 will be better.

And it's ironic that he says Wii doesn't impress him as it has some of the most original games out there and then he brings up the most saturated genre in the US.
