???DS = Worthy Buy???

Ok guys i have a psp that my bro persuaded me to pay 66 dollars for we all put in like a third of the cost. I am kinda getting tired of it and i just played bomerman on my cuzins ds last night. But i know ds is like what 120 bux or something so farely cheap and i know it has at least 3 great games.

1. FF Tactics Advance 2
2. Advance wars (don't know what number.)
3. Advance wars ( one after number 2)

I wouldn't recommend it. I have played my friends DS's and they have played my psp and we all agree that the psp is superior. The DS is basically a gameboy with two screens. The touch screen doesn't add anything to the system, it just makes the other screen useless as most games only require the bottom touch screen. I personally like the technology and such that was put into the psp as it seems like there was way more work put into it. The DS seems like a system that was slapped together last second.

The new DS ok and i was wondering game wise i mean i got serious gaming ya know for my ps3 but i like to chill off and take a break and i find my psp cannot do that for me. Game wise also i think my psp has so many uneeded features like radio, movies, music and that stuff i want something simple. Good Buy?

depends on the games i guess. and if you mind having to use friend codes for some multiplayer games though it's not too bad i guess. ds is getting alot of SE stuff like ff remakes and the world ends with you. metroid prime hunters is cool too.

Well the only games I would want a ds for would be fire emblem and animal crossing, a system isn't worth two games.

Im going to tell you this now, In my honest opinion the ds is a bad system, it offered basically no improvement over the gba. The games are poorly done and honestly, a psp has tons of games you can just chill out with.

I will take your opinion in consideration it is just the games i want i liked the gba quality i have played the ds many times and think the quality is ok but i shall alas take it into consideration.

If you have any friends with one just trade them you psp for their ds for like a week or less, that will allow you to see if you want it or not.

My cuz wants nothing to do with a psp i will just ask to borrow their ds considering we did give them our ps2 and a couple ps2 games they will probably say yes.
