Hey boot um up if you got um. I am all about free right now. I dont know alot but i saw this message so there is stuff you can downlaod for Halo 3 for free today. maps i guesss more after i am done downloading.

not quite as cool as i had thought. seems all the free stuff is / are videos

the ohter map packs i just downloaded are probably so old that they have been available for free for awhile and i have just not used my xbox for halo for so long i did not see it.

that sucks they could have given you a code or a even a stupid achivement for downloading something but just videos. i think i was overexcited at the advertisement.

well that delfated me rather quickly. so unless you are a die hard halo fan probably not much reason to log on and look. just videos. sorry guys.

Well I was on vacation at the time but im probably the only other person here who owns halo, I loved that series, to bad its over. They are having more games in the halo universe, some with master cheif in the future but they won't be called halo. They have two announced so far. One is halo wars which looks awesome and im buying it and one is called halo chronicles which looks interesting. Its a mystery game where a small crew finds a halo ring wayyy before the halo series and one man stays behind with the facilities AI and is left alone on the halo, left to uncover its secrets.

to be honest i just booted on to dowload some demo and saw the map packs. i have no idea if they are new or not. i have not played in months serrioiusly. i have forgten the control scheme.

The one thing I hated was when they changed X to RB in number 3. I kept reloading when I was trying to enter vehicles.

ha. that is awful. To be honest i would have to learn the controls all over agin. i have completely forgoten them now.
