This sucks...

I watched this storm build up today and then go over us, then 80 miles away it dropped an f5 tornado, right in downtown Joplin MO. Hit the hospital and took out the high school also. 24 people died in this tornado. They said they had almost no warning.
The Weather Channel guys were following behind this storm and didnt even know it dropped a tornado since it was rain wrapped and no one could see it. Almost a mile wide and left a path 3 miles long. I have driven down the road you see in the video many times. Also took out 2 fire stations I believe. Unreal how mother nature can fuck up peoples lives.

Some of our subcontractors were from Joplin and lost their homes. They have basicly shut the town off to keep out the "tourists" now. The death toll has risen to 89 confirmed. The tornado also took out a Wal Mart and Home Depot, both of which were occupied at the time.

They say the death toll is now up to 116. They were also hit with more storms all day today. Some of our Subs went back to joplin to help out in finding people.
