hell i have heard of a lot of solutions to clean up the spill but it doesnt seem like any are being tried, my best guess is mother nature will clean it up on her own time with little input from us humans, fuck all we do is make the planet worse and then fight over weather or not to let the oil soaked birds die or not

@ TB. The more I learn the less I understand. We repeat the same mistakes and never learn from them. I saw this report on the rachel maddow show. I watch alot of news even if it frustrates me.
Just a warning its not very funny. But it might give you some insight into how long it might take till they stop the spill.

Well BP finally got a potential CaP on the freaking well. 87 ish days in. now you can start to count and evaluate the dammage it has done if the cap holds and the future leaks are prevented. I hope the ocean is tougher then people think.

oil is just really good for me, plastic is made of oil, and my fav noodles are packed in PLASTIC cups...

so my statement is, without oil, i don;t get my noodles anymore...

the sad thing is that people probably see it as yesterdays news. in actuallity if trully capped and drained it would now be assesment time to watch in the next few months and see all the oil hitting the shores. no oil hit land for somthing like 35ish days. so consider the + effect of 35+ days from now plus a month or so of oil heading to the gulf states.
