Ok i am not selling or endorsing this. just saying i have tried it but have yet to go downtown and take the tour. I have a bottle of the Cajun Spice. it would be good in cafe brulot. it tastes a lot like the clove and orange rind to begin with. mmmmm.

any way if you ever make it down here man make sure and post it. I will meet you downtown some where and wander about with you for a bit :-) I would venture to hazzard a gues that where you are is sooooo much nicer then here.

Three Olives vodka loopy, cake, and the dude. The dude on its own, a bit sweet for my taste. Loopy and cake also sweet but tastes great with red bull.

Ingredients
Peel of 1 orange, cut into 1 by 1/8-inch strips
Peel of 1 lemon, cut into 1 by 1/8-inch strips
3 sugar cubes
6 whole cloves
2-inch cinnamon stick
1 cup cognac
1/2 cup curacao or other orange liqueur
2 cups fresh strong black coffee

Directions


Light the burner under a brulot bowl or chafing dish and adjust the flame to low. Drop the orange and lemon peel, sugar cubes, cloves, and cinnamon stick into the bowl or pan, pour in the cognac and curacao, and stir to dissolve the sugar. When the mixture is warm, ignite it with a match. Stirring gently, pour the coffee into the bowl in a slow, thin stream; continue to stir until the flame dies out. Ladle into brulot cups or demitasse cups and serve at once

You can mix just about anything with red bull. Strong too and you can't taste the liquor. Good times when your young and bars stay open until 5. Just don't plan on sleeping until the afternoon
