haha, the best method of crash prevention is better driver training, try and get at least 50, here in TAS they're increasing the required time to 100 hours sometime in the future, i hope it works out because it's proven fact that better driving training leads to a decrease in road fatalities, also, DAMM L's at 14 and a half, i have to get mine at 16, do a year and get at least 50 (soon 100) hours of experience, then spend a year on P plates (provisional lisence) with only 3 demerit points and THEN when im 18 i can get a full lisence, then again, you guys have to wait till your 21 to drink don't you? 18 here.
