you may just need to jump in if you want to define a torunament or clan v clan role fore yourself in the meantime.

Crashing expert servers + good leadership

Sturcture ( he means assigments i think) Heavy recruiting wiht you tube videos. ( i dont know about this. )

Idle time is practice time. ha i dig that. + mini games ( we have DW started on this already)

he also coments that they are gettting the other board members involved in thier site so as to get more comitment and involvement
and fresh ideas from more brain power. :_)

he also says if we have any questions to ask. :_)
