I had someone ( an enemy ) chcuk a mine on a jeep as we were riding along. it never detonated on us. once we got out of it and started fighting i think something hit it and blew it up then but that was werid.

I had some chores and i wanted to try out a recipie. GOD i hate peeling apples. any way i have pics of what its supposed to look like if you used a smaler diamiter pan then i have ha. any way. check on the hots thread but this weekend looks like a bust.

I made what is more or less a pinapple updside down cake but it was a twist on the recipie using apples. man after burning the sugar to make the caramel the first time and then realizing my skillet was a size up from optimum i just had to laugh. the taste is there but the pics say it all when i scan an image from the magazine and then put mine next to it. it fails the george carlin " is there a picture of it in the cook book . I bet it dont look like that" I am to beat to upload the shots or scan the magazine at present.

tomorrow is a breze Chicken Cacciatore in the Crock Pot. and it is really good. dont mock the crock.

I'd never mock a crock pot, they are AWESOME!

The cake sounds good, though I've never had a pineapple cake...

well the flavor is more complex then just pinepple flavors. there is the borwned flavor of butter. This to me is a nuty smokey flavor. the Rum and vanilla flavors which blended with the caramel give it sort of a chocolately flavor slightly or greatly more tart then milk chocolate and mildly more tart then dark chocolate flavor. the fruit when it is baked combines this into its apple sugars and is unique unto itslef. the pineapple version would be of the same taste but slighty more citrus in nature.

So are all of you near the eastern side of of NA? I know Texas is in about the middle but im off on the west side, I think if you go straight down from Alberta (Province that I live in) you might or might not hit texas.

If you went straight south out of Calgary you would hit , Montana, Idaho, Utah, Arizona. If you veered to your left by say 20 degrees or so you would hit Texas. But who cares about geography. Im in Kansas dorothy!
