Re: Another practice idea...
no no WHO, I am saying ground pounders in Warhawks come after the pilots on the ground. The pilots can use anything on the ground to their disposal to fight back. It opens up some interesting ways to fight. The pilots will know how it feels to be trapped on the ground against Warhawks, and the ground pounders get to see how it feels to strike from above.
My point of such an exercise is this...
Say we do practices like this. Then you find yourself in a GB match where another clan of pilots is tearing up our ground forces from above. Then in the middle of such a fight you start to remember how you felt being above in that practice attacking ground guys..then you start to wonder how you'd defeat yourself when you were up in the air like that. Get where I am going with this? It puts yourself in the other guys shoes and gives you the experience to think of how you'd beat yourself sorta speak.

Wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men. It is the spirit of men who follow and of the man who leads that gains the victory.

haha i was talking about the same thing. only i thought that the pilots would only be using tanks. if that was the case then the gp's in planes would pwn ppl in tanks only lol.
i guess i didn't say it correctly cuz hip mistook what i said as ground pounders being on the ground lol

Re: Another practice idea...
Anti-RPG strategy is too easy, fly close and personal or stealth. Troops have no carry on weapons that can compete with stealthed WH. WH MG do alot more damage then most troop weapons. Plus a dum fire Homing missile travels far, far enough to out range SAM and flak turret.
The only way ground pounders have a chance is in hero mode, the hero can take stealthed WH. Though the other hero with a tow is a problem. If this match is played give ground pounders a couple extra guys, maybe 3 or something.

In [i<3u] clan. Though this clan's forum's are a lot more fun then <
