i have it!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....its such an awesome story...i relly hope fox doznt stop the movie from being released....but word on the street says that they pretty much are....

Yeah i really hope they can pull the movie off well too. i loved the story but i have mixed feelings about this director. yeah he understands graphic material but i really did not care for 300. the teaser commercials look promising.

everyone look for my alan more post and rent that to sit down and have the man himself explain reality to you. some of it i enjoyed some of it was a wee bit to stoner for me but over all i liked 80% of what More had to say.

i have to find the name of the indy doc on the MPLA ( damn i hope i have the right acronym . hate to be bitching and accidently be crusing the UJA or some such groop)
any way the MPLA is bad kids. break the law go to R or X films without your grannie. :-)

Went straight to chapters after watching it openning night with preordered tickets. I think that explained how good I thought it was.

i saw the movie in IMAX...meaing gigantic freaking screen....and i DID NOT appreciate seeing a 50 foot sized penis...for 2hours and a half -_-...other than that THE MOVIE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im seeing it looks freaking awesome even if theirs "Gasp" male nudity. i hear theirs female too . i was thinking of get the graphic novel afterward to see how it compares.

Yea...both kinds of nudity, but mostly male nudity. One word...blueghostpenis, but other than that, AWESOME MOVIE!!!

I heard the ending was different then the book. other then that they show the killer right away which takes away from the mystery. < all acording to critics.

they aslo say Rorchach ( who every plays him ) is on par with Heath Ledgers Joker.

I just saw it today. It was great! They put so much effort in making all the characters human with faults and problems. Some of them both good and evil.
They did show a killer in the beginning but you had no idea who he was or why he did it.
The only thing that annoyed me was the 8 to 10 year old watching the movie. Really this movie is not for kids! I don't care about the nudity as much as the extreme violence throughout the movie.

GAbe and anyone else. check out and rent " the mindscape of allen more" it is a nice insight into the authors mind. kind of explains why he approached a movie about a group of people with human frailties.

ok the big blue pennis. well although mine is not big and blue i see it almost evry day so really it did not bug me at all. if you see clasic sculptures you will see human genitallia there so i dont see the huge problem but thats just me.

as for the 8 year old watching it yeah i am not sure he would have really understood the movie on the deeper levels it has.

Nood your reaction reminds me of the MST3K thing when they would flinch at a close up of something or one.
