Ok yeah, ALL we have fought have been elite clans, whos idea was it to battle WAR!, they were the top dog in GB's 08 spring season with 38 wins and only 3 losses.

And then we battle Venom? They came in 2nd place in the GB spring 08 season. And it was just as well that we forfieted to BSK, we would not have won anyway, since they were 8th in the 08 spring season, these guys are all elites so please quit accepting their challenges and dont challenge them.

Yeah Fish, now I realize why we kept getting slaughtered. Almost every team we played before our win were elite teams. These guys are just hardcore players who play Warhawk all the time. I'm sure if we played Warhawk 24/7 we'd be just as good, but I think being that hardcore ruins the fun of the game. If I see anymore GBs where we're going up against elite teams I won't participate. As much as I'd like to crush an elite clan, I just don't think we have the firepower or experience in this clan to do that.....yet.

im not sure i want to play elites either, and i will say our win against swarm brought my spirits back up somewhat, i was turning into the beatin puppy and just going thru the motions the last few games, but that win made me feel alot better.

ok one problem i have with WAR!, and kat, if you read this please try to help me out here, ok, i joined [>A<] with my alt id and we fought WAR! 3v3, it was me, UGA, and d-rek against hondagirl, classik and kershizzle.....I am pretty much the same level as my teammates in this game and we easily took the first round of ctf, the score was like 7 to 1, personally i thought they were toying with us, but after the game they were surprised at our strategy and that we took them, we really didnt have a strategy plan other than I would go for the flag and they would cover me, and they had said that they couldnt catch us once we got thet flag and got away.

so what gives here? i really dont know, this was a ground game with no warhawks, so are they that weak on the ground without air support, if so I think we could hold out against them on the ground, I would like to try to set up a ground match against them and test this little theory out.

Yeah all the challanges i am thinking of acccepting are ranked around us :-) we dont play enoough to play eliet clans.

we need a challange board for the casual gamer. :_)

I agree with you fish. The win against Swarm made me realize a lot of things, the realization that we have been getting beat by super elite clans was the reason for us being slaughtered. Fighting a clan of our equal level made me realize that we can win, and we do have the potential to take things up another notch. I don't think I'd want to be in this clan if it ever went super elite, but I'd like to be able to one day match them or beat them in a fight.

Since you were mentioning your ground battle with WAR fish, it does show that this clan still needs tweeks made to our air and ground forces. Which is why I've still been scouting for potential new talent for this clan. I've been doing my scouting on the live servers. I've found two really talented pilots who have added me to their PSN lists. I hope to eventually lead them towards this clan and get them in. Too many clans are busy recruiting on the PSN forums. The live servers are filled with talented players who don't go to the PSN forums. If we can become scouters and look for talent on those servers, maybe we can draw in some bad ass players to join the clan and really give us an edge against elite clans.
