ha. its from the 80's and the movie is available for rent and purchase on DVD finally

the movie is " Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde together again."

it stars mark bloomflield or somthing like that in the titular role.

its a comdedy ala cheech and chong style on the clasic victorian horror tale. very airplane like comedy stylings
