A small Solution for a Big Problem

Postby Guest » Mon Oct 06, 2008 9:17 pm

Ok i hear talk about RRB inavtiveness and it needing to draw in more guys fish might nto favor this idea but i think we need to still focus on this sight but give more attention to PSU

www.us.playstation.com

This is a great pool of recruits and if you post your whole roster i am sure people will come in and host tryouts and stuff if you are connected to PSU that is good for a clan normally helps them be stronger as what i have seen isolated clans don't do as well.

So join

www.us.playstation.com

and i will even whip you all up as good as sigs as i can like the one i made for hippo and the one i made for DW which is better than hippos lol.

well i appreciate the thoughts but Who DW , Ford in the EU side and Me all post on thier site. I dont knwo what else to do.

I have a thread on G4TV .coms website that has almost 600 hits and no one has pm'd me there or come out here and asked to join.

IGN seems like a desert in the warhawk forum. game spots my post keeps dying. and then the odd ones i just let go like the star wars fourm and such.

I dont know what else to do.

The best place lately is to try to find new people on the live servers. There's so much talent in those servers, and a lot of them don't have clans. Most of them don't even go to any Warhawk forums. They just play the live servers and they're really good at Warhawk. I have already talked to two guys from the live servers, and one of them says he has never received a clan invite before, and this guy was a good pilot when I fought him! I say we should patrol the live servers looking for talent!

Yeah those matches were fun fish. I kept doing barrel rolls over your missile turret as a form of "hello" lol. I saw Grath and Gem drop by in those matches. I killed both of them easily muhahaha. But yeah I watch for guys who are clanless and good, then I email them to say hello and see if they'd be interested in joining us. The live servers is a pool of untapped talent we can recruit from.

that is true 100% but you can't find every great player at once and there is constant flow of new forumers who might be warhawk vets give it a try.

@ cloud sure ill whip you one up.

Is this sig ok for you cloud? As a reminder Sigs are not permitted or recommended to be used on RRB forum so use this on other site forums it would be nice to see 4-5 SPUD guys on the PSU forums.

If you don't like your sig PM with what you want on there i can't make it to much more complicated until i get GIMP

I am on PSU thats how DWOMT found me, there are always people looking but you need to specify fun and cool people over winning winning winning. As much as i love to win i rather have cool people to play with and just have fun winning with those people. some look at it another way that if we are not winning they dont want to be a part of it you know what i mean?. It should be fun and cool first priority and winning 2nd and that should be put out there upfront IMO

Agreed AF. That's why I joined this clan when I was new to Warhawk. I just want friendly people to play Warhawk with. I can't stand the elitist attitude some people take towards video games.

we do try to keep the focus on fun. and when we are not doing Clan V Clan games its nice to see someone have DM up for S***s and Giggles. We are or I hope we are more then Warhawk. I want this to grow beyond me and the hawk. Not that i will stop playing voluntarilly but yeah we all have other games that need attention too :-)

Ok we may not be the best top rated clan out there but we have a good fun core group of players. we play other games together we have a chunck of old and new players signed up and signing up on GB I dont think we are in a as bad shape as I once did. People dont despair. we have all our upcoming scheduled games packed with players. Things could be much worse. we survived the GGL toxic clan breakdown. we survived playing fun games with Romel and Krush and still will do . we have fun thats why we are here. iF players come and go well its sucks for me becase i will have less people to play with but i will still paly with those who are here. We never told anyone they were not allowed to come and go if they were not a good fit.

This is life with an open door.
