They started a new Marriot in Tulsa OK. To bad a storm came thru. Winds were reported at over 90mph.
Just another day in Oklahoma....

Used to live in Indiana, never had a Tornado actually come through town though. How old was the hotel?

I was in a tier 4 (out of 5) tornado at my camp ground. The whole forest was ripped to shreds. A tree almost crushed our trailer but our barbeque blocked it at the last second. 11 people died and over 30-50 more were injured in the hospital including one of my friends.

I've had a few Tornado Warnings, even a funnel cloud, but a tornado never touched down in my town.

The worst sounding part came from my friend and his dad. My friend was at a park at the tima and a tree fell and fractured his back. His dad was putting away their boat when he got thrown into the water and the boat landed ontop of him, he swam out and another boat flipped onto him. Amazingly he came out unharmed and my friend came out fine after a while in the hospital.
