what i love about "grilled" cheese sandwiches is their flexibility. i was so surprised the first time i tried it at how well they take to meat sauces. put a thinnish layer of any meat sauce, bolognase, chicken curry etc (already cooked) then make the sandwich as normal and its just amazing.
