I've always been interested in my mind and how it works, especially dreaming, this site explains how to practice and control yourr lucid dreams, for me it's basically one step closer to access my subconscious thought, a goal of mine in life is to gain as much access to my mind as possible, develop completely alternative forms of thought completely foreign to what I know, outside of how I perceive things with my 5 senses, completely ignorant to life and the universe as I know it.

Check out the site some time if you have time, you basically have to read it all... and there's quite a bit of information, I haven't gotten through it all yet, but it looks cool.

supposedly meditation helps at least the budhsts attribute some insight into the mind with lucid dreaming. some chemicals have been thought to be of assist in jouneying deep into the mind but most are now out lawed. I jsut try and express my core beilifs in life and what litttle artistic crud i am able to pump out before the sloth bug bites my but.
