ha thanks guys. yeah i ate bbq pork the ohter day for lunch and i was like thats what i am cooking saturday.

yup TT two whole onions
1 cup of ginger ale
( my touch couple cloves garlic and a few good shakes of cayan peper)
and 6 ish pounds pork sholder or butt :-) whoooooooooooo hoooooooooooooo

slow cook for 8 to 12 on low hours depending on your crock and then shred.
place back in cooker with BBq sauce of your choosing let cook on low for
another four or so hours and its bbq time.

you dont need one but if you have to a hebachi or webber can be gotten pretty cheaply. i have q'd my share on those bad boys.

Oh thought wrote you were going to throw it on the BBQ after.

Its not the money for a grill, its no where to put it. We are still renting here in SF.
